With over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, Jonathan brings a proven track record in scaling patient-centered care models, enhancing team performance, and driving service excellence. Prior to joining Clearway in 2022, he held several key leadership roles at DaVita Kidney Care, including Division Vice President and Group Regional Operations Director, where he oversaw performance and expansion across multiple regions.

Jonathan holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is passionate about building sustainable healthcare delivery systems that prioritize both patient outcomes and employee engagement. He is focused on advancing operational efficiency, expanding access to care, and fostering a culture of innovation to support the company’s mission of delivering comprehensive pain management solutions.
