Prompt service very kind and professional

August 18, 26 ... l had procedure done called RFA they burnt some nerves in lower lumbar . The procedure went fine. I go back September 2nd for my follow-up. I don't know what my next step will be. I have to follow the step before we move on the next step. We are following the Insurance policy. But the Doctor and staff are wonderful and grear in taking caring of my health needs, and thry will do this for you too.They do make you feel comfortable. Sometimes the wait is a little long and others it's right on time.

Professional. Great bed side manner, and very attentive to the patient. Great at listening. I would recommend to anyone seeking care from a professional. A special thanks to Dr.Rimmi, Melissa and Torri. The entire staff is great.

I have been back with Clearway pain for over 2 years again, the Doctors and Both Nurse Practitioners, are great.They take the time to understand what is going on with me .They actually care.I can't say enough nice things about everyone in the office Nurses,assistant. They whole office are just full of good friendly people who actually care.Thank you lady's. Update ,I still feel the exact same ,all the Lady's are very nice,exceptionally good and caring people everyone in the office .I have been with these Lady's for several years through a lot up ups and down .They are all professional ,thoughtful people .Thank you,once again.

The staff was great. Everyone is very friendly and celebrated each success with me. I was suffering from severe baxk pain. They worked to make my back pain less so I could get back to living. First was two blocks that mitigated the pain. Then the ablation that took my pain away completely. Now I can walk and move with no problems. My daughter was surprised at how fast I am walking now. Thank you Clearway for everything you have done for me.

Dr Rimmey of Clearway Pain is a wonderful doctor, very compassionate, gentle and helpful. I have been seeing him for a few years for my epidural injections. His Anesthesiologist is comforting and very nice. ALL of the nurses and PA'S are friendly, compassionate and very helpful. I highly recommend them for your pain management needs. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Their office is near the hospital in Andalusia.

After being in pain management for many years with other practices, I can honestly say Clearway Pain Management is hands down the best! Dr. Rimmi, Dr. Walsh, CNP Melissa Riley and all the support staff go above and beyond to really get to know you and provide options for pain relief beyond just meds. Ms.Tori at the front desk always greets with a smile and is extremely efficient, compassionate and knowledgeable. Ms. Shari and the nurses always treat me individually and with compassion. Ms. Melissa is a fabulous provider who I confidently know will care for my pain and anxiety issues so that I can get on with the joy of living knowing she has my back. I get injections regularly; and Dr. Walsh makes me feel relaxed and fully trusting in her skills and knowledge. Thank you to the entire team! I’ve never been treated this way at any other pain management so am grateful. 10/10

Zoe and Dr. Remi was very helpful explaining my test results and working on the best precedure for my back pain and neuropathy and nerve pain which is very intensed. I highly recommend Clearway Pain Management to anyone whom may be experiencing chronic pain. Thanks to them for taking care of me today.
