Bel Air office is great from what I have experienced. They always focus on what will help the patient get better and not push you or talk you into a procedure. They always book my appointment last which is good for me and they will text me if they have a earlier time that day. I am very thankful and grateful that i am able to go to the doctor and know I'm i good hands. Thanks Clearway

Today I had a good experience with the np dr. And coming back for some shots way up in the neck cranial area these shots are a little different then injections so I'm told ,it will be a first time experiencing with this type of shot Dr says that the x-ray machine is not needed for this type of shots,so I will update in about 1.5months from now 7-9-26

It was hard getting in for the first appointment. I had to wait almost a month and half before I got in. But overall it was not a bad experience and I was in and out even though I was almost an hour early for my appointment. The staff and doctors were pleasant and professional.

I see Monica Thomas in the Bel Air office for clearway. She truly cares about her patients. She's easy to talk to, and she listens and I look forward to seeing her each month.

This place is a joke.They don't know how to do paperwork or submit the proper claims to insurance. So when you're in pain, you have to wait months and months because they keep pushing your appointment out because they don't know how to do the paperwork. They sucked horrible

Very peaceful environment and great Healthcare

I would recommend clearway pain management to anybody that has any kind of pain. They are absolutely great people. This is the Blair office. They really care about their patients.

The entire staff are always very friendly and understanding.

Office was crowded but moved fast. Front desk handled everything and everyone smoothly and with a pleasant attitude even under the stress. Dr. Finklestein is very thorough and even though he was extremely busy, I did not feel rushed with my visit. Thank you!

for being my first experience I found the staff to he quite helpful. even though i met with the Doctor for a very short time he seemed very knowledgeable on my back problems. Looks like a well oiled machine.

Dr.Jari is the best with all the procedures that he does.Monica is a great PA who is good at narrowing down what procedures are best for where you are having pain.I love the office staff they all bring good energy to the practice.

Staff was professional and courteous, and the officer was clean. Extended waiting room time due to the practice being very busy but once in a room waiting time for the doctor was minimal. The doctor was very knowledgeable and anticipated many of my questions.

This was my first time at this office, and I had a great experience. The wait was short in the main area as well as the back. My doctor took the time to explain what was going on and how he wanted to proceed. He, as well as the staff were very friendly and personable. I'm so happy to be a client there!

My appointment went extremely well. Dr. Jari and his staff were welcoming and very friendly. They inspired confidence. The in-person appointment was great.
My only complaint was in setting up the appointment. Because it was my first appointment I called rather than use the on-line option. It took 40 minutes to make the appointment after an initial 10 minute holding time. In addition the representative was not easy to understand.

My husband and I have been going to Clearwater for about 3 years now and we live everyone there. The facility is always clean, staff friendly and caring. Doctors are wonderful. Highly highly recommend them.
