I go to the Easton location for pain management. Dr. Ed is such a wonderful person and Dr. He listens, he's understanding and he does what he can to help with your pain. He's the best!

Each visit at the Pain Management Surgical Center in Easton, the gentleman at the front desk is not very professional. He speaks to every patient and driver asking personal questions while the whole waiting room is listening. Questions such as, do you work and where? What and where did you go on vacation? What do you like to do for fun? Where does your family live? Reading shirt logos and sayings outloud. This can make for an uncomfortable setting. Understanding, that he is being friendly. But the personal questions should not be asked in this setting.
The medical care received is exceptional.

First time visit with these folks and it was a very positive merting

**editing to say that since the move to the new location, I think the contracting process has significantly improved… so clearly Clearway is working on it and I appreciate that. And a shoutout should be made to the ladies at the front desk because I see them being treated not so nicely by rude patients and they are always SO KIND. They are really lovely and I always enjoy my few minutes of interaction with the front desk**

Let me start with saying the doctors here are absolutely amazing. They are very understanding and will go above and beyond to try to help you. So this review does not reflect them. The doctors are INCREDIBLE. So are the nurses.

This review is directed at Clearway themselves. The admin side. I missed an appointment because my son had an emergency where he was admitted to the children’s hospital in DE. I tried to call to alert Clearway and I tried to message. The portal was down and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS A PHONE WHEN YOU CALL. The lack of answering calls is even a joke in the office because I’ve joked with the front desk about it. They are very aware. It’s because all calls go to an outside source. Not the actual desk in the office.
I was charged for missing the appointment as a no call no show. Except I tried repeatedly to call and contact them. It’s not my fault phones are never answered.
When I finally got the portal to work again and I messaged I was told by some random person that they were not aware of any problems with having phones answered.
Lies.
Don’t lie to patients.
I will not pay the no call no show fee when I did everything I could to try to contact them and the problem is on their end.
Now I’ve been HARASSED by Clearway over this. Constantly harassed.
This is so sad because the staff and doctors are amazing and deserve a 5* review. Admin, you suck.

I love Dr John he is compassionate and very in tune with his patients I've also seen other Dr's and they have all been great

I had an infection in the disc of my spine as well as breaking my neck when I fell. Was in quite a bit of pain. I was treated and prescribed pain medications which took awhile to find the right combination. Clearway has always accommodated me when I had any problems from scheduling or medical issues. While a busy office they are efficient and flexible working with patients. As a former RN I can be a little picky in selecting my healthcare providers and I have absolutely no complaints.

Friendly welcome. Respectful treatment by staff and medical personnel. They ALL listen very well and their comments and questions demonstrate they understand.

I love this place, the wonderful atmosphere the cleanliness, and the staff,they care about their patients and their concerns.

Just disappointed about having to come back at a later date. Was expecting to at least get medicated the first visit. I traveled a bit of a distance to get there. Otherwise all went well

It was my first time going to a pain clinic the employees were nice and the doctor explained everything very well

Dr John's staff are very upbeat! And as you should know, what you put out there, comes back at you! I always come out of the office feeling energized! Almost to the point I forget why I had an appointment. Dr John is very to the point about where's your pain right now, and what's your score, what do you want to change if anything! Has has good bedside manor, some might take offense at his bluntness, but I like it and down to earth is a good way to Doctor! He also said to me every doctor is the same in pain management but they all have a unique set of skills! The pies all come out the same in the end but are made differently! He's a really good guy! And very knowledgeable in his skill set !

It's been 6 months since my last post, my wife & l both see Ashley Sheehan she is always trying to make us feel better. She is a people person and helps me and my wife understand the medical side of our situation. She seems to be a fun person to be around

I've been going to Clearway seeing Dr. Ed L and he's great! He listens to me and helps me decide on what we can do to minimize my pain. I highly recommend him, he works out of the Salisbury and Easton, Maryland offices.

I can't say that I enjoy my visits but Dr. John and his friendly and capable staff sure make it easy. Dr. John knows just how much pain I am about to feel as he performs the procedure and lets me know what's coming. I don't use an anesthetic but you can if you like.

Everyone was nice . Explain everything and comforting

Dr John was great! He answered every question I had and was straightforward with everything. Love the nurse! She was very polite and kind.

The dr is so awesome. He makes you feel so comfortable and does such an awesome job and since they have all different staff it's a much more pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The nurse in the procedure room and the nurse in the prep room before the procedures is so friendly and make you feel relaxed. I love this place. Thank you all for a wonderful experience everytime I come. 😉

This place is awesome everybody is so nice and understanding I am blind and they always offered to help me and the physicians that I say especially Dr. Ed and Dr. Shawn they are so wonderful and helpful and it is just a pleasant environment I must say nobody really likes to go to the doctors office but I enjoy my visit every time I go there the staff and the physicians are great

Donna is amazing. I have been dealing with a serious health issue since 2015. We have been through hell and back together with treatment. She never lets me down.

Beth is absolutely wonderful, amazing. She is so very compassionate, relatable, she makes me feel like a friend instead of just another patient. She is trying so hard to help me get out of pain! She is just so genuine!

Dr. John is very professional and listens to all my questions. I would highly recommend this place for pain management.

Dr. John has helped me so much with my back and joint problems due to my osteoarthritis. His staff is professional and the ambulatory surgical center has a GREAT staff. They are professional, friendly and courteous and make me feel very comfortable every time I've had a procedure. Highly recommend!

I love it when a person actually, listens at you and Ashley does just that.She hears what you have to say and we figure out the next move. That's very important to me especially when a person knows what all you go through.

I drive an hour to the Easton office. I do this because of Donna! She has so much knowledge. I never feel rushed by her. She listens to your concerns and tries her best to find a solution for the issue at hand. Thank you Donna for all you do for me and my mother!

CLEARWAY Pain Solutions I just started going in march of this year for Back pain arthritis carpal tunnel and fibromyalgia and it Has Helped me. I Had surgery for my Back pain and it Helped me But sI am still Being treated for other things. When I first started going I Had asked for Donna But she stays Booked up so I am seeing Dr.JoHn Geesh which I started out with and when I go Back in July I will see Dr.Edward.I Get use to one Doctor and then Have to change. But as Long as they can Help I will Be Fine.

I continue to post these comments about Dr. Ed. because his service as a Medical Professional only continues to improve each time I have a visit or appointment.
Every time I go to my Appointment with Dr. Ed Luschinski his superb bed side manner and his knack for knowing how to talk to and treat his patients just gets better and better. Once again, I would like to acknowledge the superb customer service and exemplary bedside manner of Edward (Ed) Luschinski, NP of Clearway Pain Solutions.
I experienced a very tragic Sky Diving accident several years ago that changed the course of my life forever.
I have been through so much physical pain during the early years after my accident and major Circum-frential Fusion surgery of 3 levels in my lower back.
During the surgery one of the interns actually cut a vein near the incision(s) that required 2 blood transfusions during my recovery.

In the years following my surgery I knew it was going to be difficult. I feel like I tried everything from Trigger point injections, Rhizotomies, and other forms of nerve blocking that never seemed to last or work.
Dr. Ed (My pet name for him) has been able to educate me and treat me with other methods specific to my Pain journey.
I highly recommend Clearway Pain Solutions and especially Dr. Ed. Thank You for giving my life back and allowing me to work full time with Pain under control.
Never disappointed and ALWAYS Satisfied with Dr. ED!!!!!
