Awesome team! Every provider in the Frederick Maryland office listens and provides clear, individualized care! Both of my care providers, dr M & Razael, are absolutely amazing! They take their time with me & listen to me to provide individualized care. I stay with them even though I have to drive double the distance if I changed to another, closer Clearway facility because I trust them & truly like them.

Everyone was awesome. Listened to what your needs were and explained it so you understood what they could do for you. I would recommend them highly.

The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. They answer any question you have. Very attentive as well. My dad is the patient and he speaks only Spanish.

I have had only two appointments at Clearway, My first appointment was for diagnostic testing, snd was performed by a tech who was clearly experienced and skilled, and very personable. My second visit was with a PA who clearly explained the what the testing showed and next steps to understand why my results were abnormal. Much like the tech who did the initial testing, the PA was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall a very favorable experience that made a good impression

Update
Just had my third appointment to decide on next steps in my treatment plan. I was seen within minutes of my check- in and had the same PA as before (a good thing, saves having to catch up). Since physical therapy did little to relieve my pain, on to more aggressive treatment. We discussed the options and after asking many questions to be sure I understood risks and benefits, left with a new appointment for the next treatment

I have been a patient of Razel for over a year. She is very competent and has been so helpful in managing my pain. I highly recommend her to anyone with Fibromyalgia and back pain. She is always so sweet and really cares about giving you the best medical treatment she can provide.

Although we haven’t found a fix to my pain problem yet, I can not express how AMAZING rachel is. She listens, is so kind, is very knowledgeable, and she CARES. I absolutely adore her and highly recommend her. Thank you Rachel!

Our experience with the doctor and technician was excellent. Being poked by needles many times can be tremadick. Both were experts in diverting your attention, especially the doctor. My son said it made him wince, yet I didn't realize she had done it. Our appointment wait was late and long. Hopefully an emergency.

They are very friendly and eager to help. The nurse practitioner Razel is the best. She listens and offers solutions. She doesn't lecture you like some doctors do. I highly recommend clearway. They're a great pain management facility.

The staff was on point. Appointment was on time arrive 30 minutes early a was seen at my appointment time.
They were very good at getting you,re medical history. Explained the best treatment for your pain needs.
I left with a folder with all future appointments ,paperwork to finish for follow up appointment and procedures.
