They are very friendly and eager to help. The nurse practitioner Razel is the best. She listens and offers solutions. She doesn't lecture you like some doctors do. I highly recommend clearway. They're a great pain management facility.

The staff was on point. Appointment was on time arrive 30 minutes early a was seen at my appointment time.
They were very good at getting you,re medical history. Explained the best treatment for your pain needs.
I left with a folder with all future appointments ,paperwork to finish for follow up appointment and procedures.

I have had only two appointments at Clearway, My first appointment was for diagnostic testing, snd was performed by a tech who was clearly experienced and skilled, and very personable. My second visit was with a PA who clearly explained the what the testing showed and next steps to understand why my results were abnormal. Much like the tech who did the initial testing, the PA was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall a very favorable experience that made a good impression

The front office staff was very friendly, and the two doctors I worked with were very kind and patient with me, as I apprehensive about the two procedures that needed to be done. After 16 years of chronic pain and being bedridden and being told that there was nothing wrong with me clear way was the only one who actually helped me. I have severe PTSD because of the way I was treated about my back. I was told I wasn’t gonna get any help if I didn’t lay on my stomach which I physically am unable to do and clear way accommodated my needs as well as got me back on my feet. I’ve seen them three times now I have four more procedures and I can finally get my life back.

The front desk ladies is very pleasant and willing to answer and help you in any way. The Dr she's also great. The Dr takes her time to listen to your needs and tries to figure out what is best for you and the problem your having with pain. The employees there are the absolute most kind people, they make you feel very taken care of and you really have no worries about the care your going to receive. I'd recommend this facility to family, friends anyone looking for a place to trust with their needs.

My experience with clearway was very good they really showed me that they care for you and help you and make you feel comfortable and everyone that worked there is nice never been someone where?everybody in the whole office is nice thank you have a blessed day
