First visit I was truly impressed Dr. J.Lou, he was great attentive and listened. Very helpful

I was referred here by my primary doctor after having a fall on concrete and hitting the back of my head. I was in severe pain for months due to constant neck & head pains. Dr.Rodriguez is the one who’s helped me through this whole ordeal. He is always very patient & listens to all my concerns. Never do I feel rushed & his advice has been extremely beneficial in my road to recovery. The staff is also very friendly & makes you feel welcomed.

Alex, PA-C is amazing. He listens and genuinely cares. I keep going back because of him and the MA, Maxine.

Very kind and understanding providers, fast appointments, imaging and plans for treatment. I am so sick of the anti-pain meds, narrative though. I’m left with back pain and knee pain and useless Tylenol. Don’t be sick in the year 2026. If only I was ill 30 years ago.

The staff at clearway are so friendly and DR. Marrero has been great. I’ve had a lot of doctors in the past few years but none have helped as much as Him. I’ve been going to Clearway for over 2yrs now and have had 5 procedures done there, not once have I had a bad experience. I highly recommend Clearway I’d you’re struggling with any type of pain.

I went to Clearway Pain Solutions in Germantown because of the development of persistent pain in my lower back, hip and leg, and because of the accompanying substantial weakening of muscles in the affected leg. Dr. Jesse Lou patiently listened to and documented my summary of what was occurring and carefully explained his thoughts as to what might be happening. He was personable and very competent, and although a pain specialist, he is also a rehabilitative medicine doctor. He ordered an MRI and referred me a neurologist to further diagnose the situation, while continuing to follow my case. He subsequently referred me to physical therapy. I have completely recovered and definitely would seek his help again if similar problems arise. I highly recommend him.
