Wonderful office, staff is very nice. Busy and wait could be a little long, but that tells me the Dr's are thorough and take time with each patient. I see Dr. Foo and I am never rushed and he is great.

I have been going to Clearway for several years and Dr Fadayomi has been wonderful. He is very professional, kind, respectful and caring. He has done RFA procedures on me several times at the Annapolis surgical center and the office staff, nursing staff and anesthesiologist there are all great! However, I do go to both the Bowie & Glen Burnie offices for my follow up/check ups and the office staff in both offices are very kind and friendly but, I do prefer the Bowie office even though it’s farther away from me, because the office there is way more organized, you don’t have any issues with setting appointments and your not waiting a long time to check in and out.

Extremely polite and professional. I’ve had some issues over the past 13 years with my back and right leg, and not everyone I saw would listen. That’s not an issue with the Clearway Pain Solutions office in Glen Burnie, particularly Chris Hoffmann. I highly recommend him and Clearway, they have treated me very well.

Dr foo is absolutely the best. Listens and comes up with a plan. He is also very efficient with his and your time.

Dr.Fadayomi is the best in the business !!! I've been struggling and dealing with severe pain a very long time , because of Crohn's disease and Chronic Athritis . I then had a Full fusion back surgery last year wich has been causing me a great amount of pain in my recovery ! Doc from the beginning has been doing his best to address all my pain concerns that the others just couldn't get done... So if you want a doctor that will be in your corner and really want give the best he has, Go To Dr. Fadayomi @ Clearway Pain Solutions ASAP !

I have been coming to Clearway now for at least half of a year and I finally was able to get some of the people's names written down through the surgical center. Miss Caroline, Dr Rob, Cierra, Amber, Bre, Dr. Fadayom and Amanda. Thank you guys so much. I know things are fast in there but you really make a difference in peoples lives who deal with pain.

I have to say the office and nursing staff at Clearway are exemplary and of course Doctor Fadayomi is straightforward, honest and most importantly a skilled orthopedic doctor. I especially appreciate receptionist Happiness’s help. Her kindness and caring nature in a difficult environment (everyone is in some level of pain) is evident in her every action and word. She and all the staff and doctors really care about the patients. Ebony was extremely helpful as well. Thank you Clearway.!

I had an excellent experience with Chris Hoffman at Clearway Pain on quarterfield rd. He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive and was able to resolve the persistent pain I had with plantar fasciitis. The care I received was not only professional but also compassionate. I highly recommend Chris to anyone in need of physical therapy!

If you're looking for the right physical therapy facility for you, look no further! There is none better. I've never met kinder, more patient and more compassionate staff than here. I would recommend everybody to go here. Everyone that works here is super friendly. I usually dread going to any type of doctor appointments, but coming here is actually a good time. I'm comfortable here. Not anxious. And I'm understood and truly cared for. I've seen progress with my condition when I never thought I'd see any.

Front desk needs more training. Doctors, NPs and PAs are wonderful

Chris is a fantastic therapist and a great person, you are in great hands here.

Always over crowded, no where to sit or park, and they are never on time with your appointment. However the doctors are really nice and the girl with glasses at the front desk is usually polite and helpful.

Dr Burns was very nice and offered as much as she could to relieve my pain! Christina the Med Assistant was so sweet and caring. They both went above and beyond to help today !

Best experience I've ever had with physical therapy Chris and Felicity are very caring passionate and knowledgeable the aim to fix your issues they are very involved with the treatment. The other darkhaired young lady was very helpful as well wish I could remember her name. Overall my experience has been remarkable and continues to be thank you to the staff keep healing with compassion we need more people like you guys (people who care)

Ms. Darnette and Ms. Myisha, the ladies at the front desk are amazing! I'm always welcomed with a warm smile and hello. They ask me how I'm doing and are always very polite and helpful. These two ladies do not receive enough credit for the hard work that they do, and the difficult patients they deal with. I've witnessed both ladies deal with some very rude patients, and they still remain polite.
I had to stop by the office last week to pick something up, it was about 4:30pm. Everyone in the office had already left for the day or was leaving. While there, a man came in, about 4:40pm. Both ladies said hello to him, and he kept looking at his phone. It seemed like he was looking for something on his phone, but he didn't speak. Finally, he spoke up, but was not providing much information. He was saying he received a voicemail msg about an opening for a procedure. I couldn't understand why he had to come into the office to tell the ladies that information. The appointment he was asking about was for December 3rd, I couldn't understand why he was in the office asking about an appointment so far out. Ms. Darnette had to keep trying to get information out of this man because he was not giving much information for anyone to understand why he was in the office. It took several minutes and several questions for her to get the man to tell her why he was even there. I was frustrated witnessing what was going on, but both ladies still remained very polite and professional.
Over the past few years, I've witnessed too many patients being rude to both ladies, and it should not be that way. I've never seen the office manager step in to try to help resolve an issue. Ms. Darnette and Ms. Myisha both handle every situation in a professional manner, even when patients are being rude and disrespectful towards them.

Have been a patient of Sophia Leonard Burns for 15 years. I feel so lucky to have such an amazing practitioner treating my neck and back pain. Her trigger point injections are life changing for the pain, and over all office experience has been excellent! I see her both in Glen Burnie and Annapolis.

The staff was very friendly, and in spite of having to complete a few more pages of information (pre-registered online) I was still seen by doctor in a timely manner. Also, checkout and scheduling of an upcoming procedure was done in a timely manner.

They need more staff at the reception desk I waited almost 45 minutes to check in they had two ladies working in a long line also they have a receptionist right by the by the main door and people were walking in and walking right up and standing there to check in while other people were lined up on the side and there was no control over who was next.

I've been to other pain management doctors and nobody is taking the time really to sit down and listen to my problems and what's going on the doctor today did do that she seemed like she cared and was interested and getting to know me and my problem hi regards to her and to the office staff there very kind and nice I do appreciate your time and look forward to staying with this doctor's office I appreciate them very much

I was fortunate to be referred to Chris and team for PT after a two-level lumbar back fusion. I like to learn and challenge myself, and Chris explained what the course of treatment would be and why - even printing out treatment course documents so I had an idea where I needed my performance to be.
Between the treatments, such as cupping and Thera-gun, and the functional exercises from stretching and positional movements, my recovery was comprehensive, efficient, and most valuable in getting me back to where I wanted to be.
Can’t recommend Chris and team enough.
