Miss Sarah the nurse practitioner is a wonderful! She doesn't just look at the computer and type she really sits there and listens. And then she talks with you about what to be done. The assistant that takes the blood pressure is always friendly and happy and pleasant it's a nice chance to have a great place to go to.

First time patient and did not like my service I received. The front desk staff was good. I think the doctor could use a lot more patience with his patients. I did not need to know about his family business and how he is because of who his dad is. Patience first and foremost most, politeness second and third please do not treat me rush me or try to belittle me. I will give it another try, but if this happens again. I will report him to whomever I have to. I catch public transportation to and from my appointment's. So I respect some of understanding.

Chris Hoffman in 2 words, compassionate and passionate, Chris is compassionate, he wants me to get better and understands my injury and pain. He works with me to ensure I create a " healing not damaging environment". Front desk was a little slow, not private, but they were very kind. The music did not seem fitting for an office, it was club music, and loud. The doctor was nice but rushed. I would have liked more time with him. Yes I will go back to get my procedures done. The doctor seemed confident of giving me relief, but indifferent when I asked questions. Like I should know the answers. I will gather my questions and call before my 1st procedure so I am clear what is going to happen.

Day one. A crushed shoulder. The doctor (Dr. Foo) listened. I was offered options to ameliorate pain. He even gave options for where to send my mother for her own problems.
We'll see how it goes.

The practitioners are good. PT average. Front desk staff overwhelmed by new pressures within organization but very pleasant to clients. Really poor system used between patients and office/ practitioners and the computerized check in often has wrong current medication ( sometimes it contains medication you have never been prescribed, discontinued taking years ago, or lists the same medication in both generic name and brand name. Changing basic information like phone numbers is not possible). They have 1 centralized call center and one choice for the MidAtlantic offices and the answer time ranges from 10 minutes- 20+ minutes and using the computerized system to leave messages is too complicated to navigate driving so if you’re stuck in traffic and running late you cross your fingers that they will see you. You are allowed a 15 minute grace period but it can take that long to wait for the line at the front desk to check you in. I’ve been seen right away and waited close to 2 hours ( so plan accordingly). Again the staff is pleasant and PAs and docs are good. But the computerized check in and portal and phone system have a lot to be desired.
