They are very careful and caring about each patient. I was particularly blessed to work with Allison Ray who is exceptional and listens to the patient. She is truly a wonderful nurse and human being!

This was actually my first time at the Navarre clinic and I hope it was my last, at least for a long while ONLY because of the hour and half drive it took me! I normally go the DFK clinic and I prefer to make my appointments closer to my "Fill Date" just for my piece of mind but for this particular appointment, Dr. McFadden wasn't going to be in DFK and honestly, I will always travel to wherever I need to as long as he's my provider! :) Navarre was extremely busy but I thought the staff did great though... it is alot to handle when you're the only receptionist and I didn't see stress on that young lady's face at all and if she was, she darn sure hid it pretty good, my nurse as well. Lol. However, your morning rushes and after lunch are always the toughest to navigate so props to them! I'm back on my regular scheduled routine for now lol. Off topic a little and definitely not wanting to come off a certain way but I don't think people understand that they can request to continue seeing a certain provider if they would ask upon scheduling their follow up appointments... the receptionist are doing their job by scheduling for around their fill dates and in my opinion, if a pt isn't specifically asking to be scheduled with a certain provider then unfortunately that's where the "I keep seeing different Dr's over and over everytime I'm there" comes in play. Also, my ONlY complaint atm is definitely the phone situation! It would be nice to be able to reach the actual clinic itself or be able to be transferred to the clinic at least! 10xs outta 10 I'm either given the wrong info regarding pretty important stuff or they're not understanding what I'm asking so most of their "messages" to the nurse/provider is just all wrong! That leads to unwanted and definite unnecessary chart and message updates when it comes to that call center and I'm slightly nervous that one day, that miscommunication could lead to some sort of red flag or something on my chart! Lol. That's all. :)

Dr. Belcher is wonderful. She took the time to actually listen to my symptoms, diagnosed me accurately (after being dismissed by several other doctors) and gave me my life back with a simple injection. I couldn’t be happier.
The office staff and OR staff were great - polite, caring, and competent. I highly recommend this practice.

On 6/11/26 I went to my monthly Pain Management appointment but I was seen by a different doctor. Everything went fine, she refilled my prescriptions and asked what Pharmacy I used. The day that I went to pickup my refills happened to be a Saturday. When I went up to the counter they told me there was NOTHING sent over! I couldn't call until Monday. It took 5 days to finally get my Medication filled after calling everyday all day long! I think this is unacceptable!!

Clearway is fantastic! Great doctors. They are up on my injections and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I appreciate that I was in the waiting room less than 5 minutes. Health Team was professional and courteous.

Dr Belcher is the best! She has a great bedside manner, she really listens, and her treatments WORK! Shes not just trying to throw pills at pain! I am completely satisfied with my experience at Clearway with Dr Belcher!

Staff and Doctors are wonderful at the Navarre Clinic! Very compassionate! My biggest complaint with Clearway is the lack of ability to communicate with doctors on a timely manner. You can leave a message with their 3rd party service, but it will likely not get to them. The only valid way is through the portal which can sometimes take a couple days.

Today was my first visit and everyone is so nice and professional!! I am very excited to see if this will help with all the pain I am in.

All went well. More info needed regarding tests I’ve taken prescribed by family doctor.

No waiting time, and if I do it's not long. Been to both Pensacola and Navarre locations. Pensacola is much bigger but very organized. Electronic check in is convenient. Navarre location had nobody waiting and was in and out in about a half hour. Have been using Clearway Pain for 10 years and I would never use anyone else. Had a Spinal Stimulator put in about 3 years ago and never had one problem. They have been consistent and accommodating Everytime there needs to be adjustments. I trust all their doctors and RA's are top notch! Highly recommend them if you're in need of pain management.

Filling out the same paperwork every time I go in the office is a bit redundant! But I absolutely love Dr. Belcher. The staff is nice and the surgery center in Pensacola is clean, efficient and everyone there is very friendly and caring.
I would recommend Dr. Belcher to anyone.

My provider is always kind and knowledgeable. She is a genuine individual who cares about your will being.

Alison is so compassionate, knowledgeable, & thorough! I feel heard and that I'm in such capable hands! They all are friendly there and it's been one of the best experiences dealing with chronic pain in my life. Dr Belcher performed my 2nd RFA in July and it's not "taking" like it did over a year ago, but I feel we're on a great path moving forward to ensure quality of life and pain management!

Fr Belcher & Dr Fsrleigh & Alison Ray are offerring the best pain management I’ve had since zi began my visitation with Clearway Pain Solutions in Pensacola & Navarre in 2015; I will recommend them to anyone in our area needing pain management with empathy, understanding, & professionalism; they also take time to know each person’s individual needs & treat each one as they would as a friend & not a strange or an addict as some other pain management specialists have in my past. I give them five stars, but would give more, if possible.

My last visit at Clearway was a positive experience. I was impressed with Philip Hofman's professionalism. He listens attentively and answers all questions. He also has an understanding of autoimmune disease. I first became a patient of Clearway (then Gulf Coast Pain Management) for surgical procedures. I have always been impressed with Dr. Susan Belcher's professionalism. She has a pleasant demeanor and advocates for her patients.

My experience with Clearway Pain Solution is commenable. They are a friendly and attentive establishment. They listen, recommend and/or render what they feel is needed.
