I held back on this review because a few years ago my experience was completely different. Dr Belcher, (Dr Griffy) was always a 5 star, no question, but the staff at the front desk as well as the schedulers were not even a 1. I had a horrible time getting procedures scheduled or even getting a call back. It took me 6 months to get a call back once because they wouldn't patch me in to the scheduling office directly, they would only tell me I could leave a message. I quit trying. When I came back though, the staff was completely changed out. They obviously knew it became a problem because everyone at the call center is super helpful and friendly, (and many are new), the front desk staff is very polite (and most are new as well) which is a huge step from their attitude a couple years ago. Now the staff is a 5 and matches Dr Belchers quality. I urge anyone that had problems in the past to give it another shot, whoever was managing the staff has been replaced the lady (sorry I forgot your name!) that is doing it now is doing an amazing job and genuinely cares and reaches out if there is an issue. Good work, I would not have recommended Clearway a couple years ago even though Dr Griffy was so fantastic just because the staff made it a horrible experience, now I can't speak highly enough of them.
