First off, there should not be one receptionist at the desk at this place.
There were seven people in line, this woman needed some back-up. It took the receptionist a while to print my paperwork, then after I pulled off and got to my next location, she never printed the referral for X-ray or physical therapy. I had to go back, the other receptionist took her time as well.
As far as the Nia, very pleasant. She thoroughly explain to me where my pain was coming from and she also showed me a demonstration.
Nia assisted took my blood pressure, she was friendly as well.
The front desk needs to improve. The location is very convienant and I don’t want to travel a distance because of this slip-up.
