Check in is very cumbersome. Every appointment requires pages of forms, all of which contain information already in their computer. Also, ID and insurance cards must be scanned at every appointment, again already in their computer system. Overall, one of the worst checkin processes that I have encountered. Once past check in, it's a very good experience. Efficiently organized with health care professionals who appear to actually care about the patient. Results have also been good, with significant reduction in my pain.
