It was my first time there, and I felt comfortable.
The staff was professional and nice. The doctor, and masseuse were really good, and paid attention to detail.

Good experience overall. Friendly and professional staff who are attentive to your needs and are there to help. Only wish I could have had one therapist the whole time.

Everyone was very nice, and helpful. The lady that did my evaluation seemed very knowledgeable and we talk about a few ways to handle my issues. The lady the did my massage therapy took very good care of me and was attentive to the arias i needed the most.

The PT was tailored to my specific needs , everyone was so very courteous. I felt cared for, heard and seen within my time being treated here. Every individual that was apart of my care team is magnificent. I wish I could just keep going just for their company alone. They were integral in my healing journey.Thank you everyone! Nice place nice people. Only complaint is they guy massager Brad doesn't do the massage the hole time he likes to start late and ened early witch isn't cool. ALSO they change up people so much you never get the same person when you go.

I showed up for the first time for my physical therapy assessment and I felt that my concerns were heard as we went through all of my range of motion abilities and limitations. Taking into account that we would be concentrating on my building and strengthening my core but my neck and right arm possibly hindering me as we do so. I feel confident that they will have a working plan when I return next week. The scheduling out of the next several weeks was a breeze and worked with my up and down schedule making this seem doable. The massage was so helpful once I decided if I wanted it to be on my low back or, neck and arm prior to me going into work. I chose the low back and drank lots of water as directed and I was not hurting like usual at the end of my shift. It was a great 1st visit experience.

Anyone in need of PT should definitely choose to see the therapists at clearway! Everyone there is extremely good , caring, patient, helpful and will always make you feel like you can improve at your own pace. The staff is extremely kind and everyone makes you feel extremely good about your plan of care. Great people and great place.

I found the staff to be exceptionally caring and professional. They listened to my explanations of my pain issues and designed appropriate exercises to help me feel better. I highly recommend their services.

I have been going to this center since they were known as Gulf Coast Pain Management. I have used services for physical therapy and pain management. I have always got great care there. They are professional and caring. I highly recommend this clinic for all care related to pain management.

This Facility has the Best Staff. Sometimes I don't feel like leaving the house. But I've Committed myself to get more Steps and General movement into my Day.. SO I'm going and Participating to the Best of my Abilities. And as part of my PT I was given a excersises to do At home. Which I do daily. ALL things considered I'm getting more Steps in every Day. And Yes I'm sore. BUT to me IT means I need to Work harder. Because I've allowed muscle mass to almost disappear. To the point it's effecting my heart and hips and lungs. From Zoey in the front office to PT & Massage. The doctors and therapists truly care to help you get well. They have great customer service as well. Shoutout to Mr.Ron as my PT and all the massage therapist!

This is the first time ever having Physical Therapy. Didn't know what to expect until everything was explained to me in detail by Dr. Metcalfe. Actually looking forward to seeing how all this works out.

I had my first physical therapy appt yesterday. I suffer from severe back pain. After my PT they gave me a 30 min back massage. It was absolutely amazing. I was so relaxed that when I came home I ate and laid down around 4 pm and didn't get up till this morning. Clearway is beyond a doubt the BEST pain management. Everyone is very kind and years you like family. Can't say enough. 👍👍👍🤚🤚🤚

I have had a wonderful experience with physical therapy and massage therapy with clearway. We I go in I am in pain and tense. When I arrive I turn off my phone and focus on healing. When you walk in the door it is a calm and relaxing invorment, the staff is amazing. I have been to other physical therapy places but I ran in therapists who wouldn't listen to my concerns this will never happen at clearway they always listen and change my therapy to what works for me so instead of leaving in more pain and feeling upset I leave with the feeling of accomplishment and that I am on way to improving and feeling better. If you need therapy please call as soon as you can and make an appointment your life will change.

The staff is very friendly the way it should be in the work place , I love going because this is the only Physical Therapy that offer massages massages are imperative for my body because I have a bone disease which requires me to have poor circulation, I really love the firmness and friendliness of the team it’s always important to keep a smile on your face because you never know what somebody is facing and you may just be the highlight of the day, I have an organization called The Bumblebee 🐝 effect the act of being kind. you guys have just been stung by the Bumblebee for being kind thanks it was my pleasure to work with you guys. My experience has been outstanding. Entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly & attends to your individual needs. My physical therapist, Ron, was great & worked with me one-on-one for all my sessions & almost all of my pain has subsided. I really liked getting the medical massages after therapy. Brad, Tami, & Cortney are excellent. Overall, I felt very welcomed & had excellent care. Highly recommend.
