I saw Monica at my appointment. I would rate it with an A+. She took a long time with me and looked into all of my ailments as a whole, not just one thing and is directing me to a physician who should be able to help me. I was so pleased with her planning.

Dr. F. Gurman listened to my complaint and quickly gave me a steroid shot to get rid of my pain. He sent me to get an MRI to make sure that there was not anything nefarious going on. He is awesome in my opinion. ❤️

Dr Yoon is AMAZING!!!!! I had a EMG done and he was amazing. He was gentle with me and explained the process while he was doing it. He answered every question I had. One of the best experiences ive ever had at a doctors office. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!!

I had an appointment at 9M with THE WORLD GREATEST DOCTOR. That’s Fr. Felix Gurman. Then the rest of the day became logistics nightmare, because I changed insurance-but by days end it was resolved due to the incredibly dedication of the team network. ❤️

Clearway pain solutions really help me with my pain issues. Or have both came to clearway I didn’t know what to expect because I have never been to a pain treatment center before They understand they listen and they are really understanding what you are going through when it comes to pain thank you Clearway.

Every One Is Very Nice

Completely satisfied with Monica, however it took longer than usual to see her. Whenever I go to visit a doctor it takes an hour or more from my appointment time to see the physician. That is too long a time. This needs to be changed.

Dr. Gurman is the best back pain doctor I've ever met. I am 66 yrs old and have suffered low back pain for over 30 years. I walked in his office in back-pain prison and within weeks, my back pain level was a zero (0.) I got my life back.
I should add that over the years I've had cortisone shots, physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy from many other professionals with little to no positive results.

I am very grateful to have finally found someone who knows what they are doing.

Very professional, thorough and good listener

The doctor that performed the EMG was terrific. Very kind and explained everything he was doing. Thank goodness for this because we weren't so sure how it was going to go since the office wasn't open when it was supposed to be. I took my elderly mother for an EMG that the neurosurgeon that she saw said she needed asap. On May 20th when I called to schedule this appointment I was told the soonest appointment I could get was 6/18/26 and the only time left was 840am, so I took it. We drove just under 2 hours to get to this location. We were told to be there at 810 for an 840 appointment. We got there at 8am, the door said the hours are 8 to 5 however the door was locked and the lights were off. Mom had to pee, the bathrooms were locked. Thank goodness the office next door allowed her to use their key and sit in their chair while we waited. The staff at this office said Clearway Pain White Marsh office is known for not opening on time. I called the phone number for Clearway, the answering service tried to get ahold of someone but couldn't and suggested we just wait which we did because we had traveled so far. They finally came in, saw me waiting and a few minutes later opened the door to let us in. The doctor seemed a bit irritated that this happened because he could have been started the procedure.

1st time here; met with Dr Jari. He impressed me as very knowledgable. I will see him again for a shot in my lower spine.

My experience at this medical facility was good. The process from beginning to end was very smooth. The doctor listened to my problems and explained to me what might be happening with the pain I’m enduring. Finally, through listening and his medical experience he was able to make a plan moving forward to help to address my debilitating pain.

One of the best Drs to explain everything to me with concern and care.

Great experience. Staff very helpful. Dr Gurman was very knowledgeable and took my level of pain very seriously. I have been searching for help for almost a month and he didn’t hesitate to step in. I feel like I’m finally on the road to getting my life back.

Great and efficient staff. Although it was very crowded in the waiting room, everyone was seen timely. Dr. G was right on target, as always. Front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Had that experience. Just need to get a prescription preapproved from the insurance company besides that it was a great doctor and a great explanation of my injuries.

Monica and the staff at Clearway in White Marsh were very knowledgeable and professional. Very responsive to my medical condition.

Dr Gruman is excellent. He listen to you and always find the best treatment plan needed. The staff is great they treat you with kindness and respect always go above and beyond from the minute you walk in the door .

as of may 2026 my first time appointment. staff were Very Polite and informative. nice comfortable setting in waiting room. tbh Doc I seen treated me as if I use drugs and was in rush to get me out. he never went over xrays, types of treatment yet went another room and patients got up most attention he explained what he sees on their xrays treatments available etcet. I even tried show him MRI report from couple tears ago boom he waved it off smh

Dr Gurman is the best.. I’ve been going to him for over 6 years.. He takes time to listen,explain and advise regarding procedures that are available.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my doctor and my treatment.

My provider is Monica Thomas, PA-C. I have been a patient of hers at the White Marsh location for almost 10 yrs. In my experience, she is concerned with the overall wellness of her pts, not solely focusing on just her sub-specialty during your appt. Having an array of issues due to Autoimmune Disease, she has been a Godsend for me! Always taking her time to listen, to offer support & her expertise, often recommending physicians or facilities when needed. She goes above & beyond, every time, every visit, if need be …. a true rarity these days! She is one of a kind, one of the good ones, one of the BEST!

Everyone in office was kind and respectful and efficient,did not have to wait very long and when I saw PA he was nice new his job well was helpful courteous and very efficient. I just would like to say thank you to the Clearway White Marsh office for a job well done.
