Elizabeth Ndidi Chimah, MD is board certified in Anesthesiology with a sub-specialty in Pain Medicine. She attended Howard University College of Medicine for medical school and subsequently completed her Anesthesiology residency at the University of Maryland. She then completed a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of Rochester Department of Pain Medicine.
Dr. Chimah is passionate about neuromodulation, musculoskeletal disorders, as well as chronic pain experienced by those with cancer. She delights in practicing with a multi-modal and comprehensive approach to the treatment of pain. This includes interventional procedures, physical therapy focusing on flexibility and strength training, and other alternative modalities that aim to address and treat the patient as a whole.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, design, fitness and writing. She is an avid reader and mentors young adults who are eager to enter the field of medicine.
She will be treating patients primarily in Prince Frederick, Maryland.
