Clearway enables employees with the opportunity to grow professionally while living our mission of relieving pain, restoring function and renewing quality of life through a comprehensive and compassionate approach to each patient’s treatment. Whether you’re just starting out with no experience, or are a seasoned professional, we believe a career with Clearway is a great choice.
The Clearway team emphasizes service as a principal reason for existence, as our continued existence is dependent on how well services are delivered and how attuned these services are to the diverse needs of our patients. We strive to be an open organization that allows for communication and feedback in all directions, as we value diversity of staff and ideas.
In joining the Clearway Pain Solutions service community, you are making the choice to serve others. As service providers, at every level within Clearway Pain Solutions, we have to continually ask:
If we look through the lens of the patient, make sure our environment and behaviors tell the story we want to portray, and create little WOWs every day, our patients will come to expect it. It will set us apart from competitors and create loyalty. The following are three key areas that drive our culture of service:
Observe organizational processes through the lens of the patient, not our own. Develop patient-friendly processes, avoid “jargon” and seek to understand patient emotions.
Every detail says something about the Clearway Culture and Brand. Always be aware of the “story” we are telling our patients by our physical environment and our behaviors.
Move from a task mentality to an experience mentality and create little WOWs that add up to an extraordinary experience.

Is the service provided in a timely manner?
Is the service provided in an atmosphere of trust, competence and confidence?
Is the service provided in an atmosphere of caring and individual attention?
Is the actual tangible service provided in a professional manner that meets or exceeds the recipient’s expectations?
Do we provide service that is empathetic and understanding?
Do we seek to do only what is asked or do we go above and beyond?

Many of our staff, including several of our senior and executive leaders, have grown and advanced with us. Over time, we have seen several staff grow from front office and clinical support roles to executive management. Does this happen overnight? Not quite. But it does and has happened.
Here are some examples of career paths we have seen:
“The thing I have appreciated most about working at Clearway is the opportunities to learn about all the different aspects of a healthcare organization. During my time here, I have been able to work in many different departments, including operations, compliance, marketing, and credentialing. I appreciate that Clearway has been supportive of my job growth through on-the-job training and outside educational opportunities.”
“The leadership at Clearway surgical center always worked with my school schedule and allowed me the necessary time to further my career, even when it meant they were losing a staff nurse. I couldn’t ask for a better transition to my new role as a NP. The whole team at Clearway has been very supportive and welcoming and I get the pleasure of learning from some of the best providers I’ve ever worked with. “
“I was excited to be given an opportunity to work at Clearway four years ago. My initial position was Procedure Care Tech. My abilities were quickly recognized, and I was promoted to Procedure Care Tech Trainer. I was appreciative for my promotion. I made it one of my goals to train as many qualified employees as I could to which we have expanded to multiple locations which means opportunities are growing. One of which being my next advancement in the company was to Clinical Manager two years ago. The opportunities for growth at Clearway are endless.”
“I began working here as a Lab Assistant back in 2013. Through hard work, patience, and dedication, I’ve been recognized and promoted steadily to multiple roles at Clearway Pain Solutions. As a leader and Vice President of Operations, I’ve made it my mission to continue the practice Clearway set in place of looking for talent from within the company to help others advance and meet their career goals. There are many opportunities to advance at Clearway and I’m grateful to continue to grow with the company.”
“Working here at Clearway has been so much fun. I have been able to learn so much about Interventional Pain Management. If you are not willing to learn no one can help you, but if you are willing to learn no one can stop you. My willingness to learn has allowed me to move through the ranks here at Clearway. From Procedural Medical Assistant (CArm Tech) to Procedure Care Tech I to now Procedure Care Tech Trainer. It has been amazing working here at Clearway Pain Solutions.”
“I was given the opportunity to work for Clearway as a Call Center Representative. I started in the call center and after 3 months, I became the Lead. Working in the call center, I received a lot of experience and knowledge by working with different departments, and because of my hard work, I was promoted and given the opportunity to work with a great team in the Credentialing Department. They have been very supportive, helpful and welcoming and am very thankful for the opportunity given to me.”
