Ed Luschinski attended Wilmington University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Walden University, where he obtained his Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to joining Clearway, Ed worked as an RN in an ICU setting and developed a task force for implementation of Joint Commission Standards within local hospitals. Ed enjoys working in pain management as a way to help patients return to activities they enjoyed before the onset of pain.

When he is not working, Ed enjoys spending time pigeon racing and brewing beer.
