Erica McDonald, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with nearly two decades of clinical experience across primary care, urgent care, psychiatry, and pain management. She currently provides compassionate, patient-centered care at Clearway Pain Solutions in Salisbury, Maryland.

Erica earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from DeSales University and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University. Throughout her career, she has consistently focused on comprehensive patient assessments, accurate diagnosis, and the development of individualized care plans. She is skilled in a wide range of clinical procedures including wound care, minor surgical interventions, and chronic disease management.

Prior to joining Clearway, Erica practiced in a variety of settings including urgent care, correctional facilities, psychiatric services, and home-based care. Her diverse background enables her to approach pain care from a whole-person perspective, emphasizing not only symptom relief but also long-term functional improvement.
