Georgia Harper is a 2019 graduate of the AACC/UMB Physician Assistant program where she received her Masters of Health Science and certificate in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to Physician Assistant school she graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Biological Anthropology. She began working with Clearway Pain Solutions in 2013, working as a Medical Assistant where she worked her way up to the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations prior to becoming a Physician Assistant. While in PA school she was awarded both the Outstanding Primary Care Physician Assistant Student award by the Johns Hopkins school of medicine and University of Maryland as well as the Faculty Award from AACC/UMB for exemplifying the AAPA Code of Ethics. She recently spent two years working as a Physician Assistant with another pain management practice as in Alaska before returning to Clearway to work in her current Physician Assistant role which has included developing a comprehensive educational program for Advanced Practice Providers working in pain management with a focus on advanced outpatient spinal procedures.

Before working in the medical field, Georgia worked at the National Institute of Mental Health Primate Core, the George Washington University Center for the Advanced Study of Human Paleobiology, and the Jane Goodall Institute assisting in biomedical and behavioral research of nonhuman primates. Georgia also previously served on the board of directors for the Central Maryland Area Health Education Center. She enjoys traveling, painting, and spending time with her family, friends, and cats.
