Dr. Greesh John is an experienced pain management physician who provides comprehensive care to patients dealing with chronic pain conditions in Maryland. Board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, Dr. John combines clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach that emphasizes minimally invasive interventional procedures.

Dr. John earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine & Pharmacy “Victor Babes” in Timisoara, Romania. He went on to complete his residency in Anesthesiology at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, where he also served in leadership roles including Vice President of the House Staff Association and Chairman of the Grievance Committee. He further honed his expertise with a Pain Management Fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Prior to joining Clearway Pain Solutions, Dr. John served at several prominent practices, including Pain and Spine Specialists of Maryland and Newbridge Spine and Pain Center, where he performed a wide range of interventional procedures. His academic background also includes numerous research experiences and peer-reviewed publications focused on neurosurgery and pain management techniques.

Dr. John’s clinical philosophy centers on using evidence-based, multidisciplinary strategies to help patients regain function and improve their quality of life. He speaks multiple languages and brings a global perspective to his practice.

When not treating patients, Dr. John enjoys golf, opera, fencing, and exploring advances in technology.
