Heather Graham, DNP’s medical journey began at a young age, volunteering in her mother’s hospital. With a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she gained valuable experience working in an assisted living facility. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she excelled as a medical surgical nurse, earning recognition as the March of Dimes Nurse of the Year: Rising Star. Driven by her passion for knowledge, she pursued higher education, completing her Master of Science in Nursing and becoming a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her commitment to excellence led her to achieve a Doctor of Science in Nursing in 2020. In 2021, Dr. Graham made a significant impact as a vaccine nurse, administering over 5,000 COVID-19 vaccines to the residents of Delaware. Her exceptional performance earned her a promotion to the role of Lead Nurse Educator for the state. Dr. Graham’s dedication to patient care is matched only by her love for her family and her zest for life, which she embraces through travel and engaging in various hobbies such as baking, cooking, camping, hiking, snowboarding, and roller derby.
