Nadja Polston, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across the continuum of adult and geriatric medicine. She provides expert care at Clearway Pain Solutions in Maryland, where she brings a strong clinical foundation and deep commitment to improving quality of life for her patients.
Nadja earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, with specialized training in adult-gerontology primary care. Her advanced clinical education is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and earlier degrees in environmental science and general studies from American Military University.
Before joining Clearway, Nadja gained extensive experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Her clinical rotations included internal medicine, long-term care, skilled nursing, and memory care, where she focused on chronic disease management, preventative care, and patient education. She also served as a Hospice Inpatient Registered Nurse at Gilchrist in Baltimore. Her background also includes acute care rehabilitation nursing at Encompass Health in Salisbury, MD.
