Razel earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Drexel University, graduating Cum Laude. Her education also includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stevenson University.

As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Razel has extensive training in diabetes management and care for both Type 1 and Type 2 patients. In addition to her expertise in endocrinology, Razel has experience in internal medicine, both outpatient in primary care and inpatient as a hospitalist.  Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse in critical care settings as well as hospice care, where she developed a deep understanding of acute care and complex patient management.

Before joining Clearway, Razel served as a Nurse Practitioner providing specialized care in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities with patients receiving subacute rehab. There, she focused on pain management, joint and trigger point injections, and rehabilitation coordination. Her multifaceted background ensures she brings a holistic, patient-centered approach to every aspect of care.

Razel is fluent in medical Spanish, with over 20 years of language study, and has also participated in international medical experiences in Costa Rica, Peru, and Argentina, allowing her to serve a diverse patient population effectively. Her combination of clinical expertise, compassionate care, and commitment to lifelong learning makes her an invaluable member of the Clearway team.
