Clearway Pain Solutions treats chronic and acute pain across the Dallas Fort Worth area from three clinics: Addison, Flower Mound and Richardson. Our physicians are trained in interventional pain medicine, which means the goal of your first visit is to identify what is actually generating your pain rather than to manage the symptom alone. From there we build a treatment plan around your diagnosis, your medical history and what you need to be able to do again.
Pain that has lasted more than three months, pain that followed an injury or a surgery, and pain that has not improved under the care of another physician are all reasons Texas patients come to us. So is pain that no one has been able to explain yet.
All three Texas clinics share one appointment line, 972-521-7246, and one fax, 866-229-5063.
17051 N Dallas Pkwy, Suite 320, Addison, TX 75001. The clinic sits on the Dallas North Tollway corridor, the closest of the three to north Dallas, Carrollton and Coppell. See the Addison clinic page.
2560 Central Park Ave, Suite 340, Flower Mound, TX 75028. This clinic is in Denton County and is the closest to Lewisville, Argyle, Grapevine and Denton. See the Flower Mound clinic page.
3101 E. President George Bush Hwy, Suite 150, Richardson, TX 75082. The clinic is on the President George Bush Turnpike and is the closest to Plano, Garland, Sachse and Allen. See the Richardson clinic page.
Mani Hashemi, MD is one of the few physicians in the country who is double board certified in Emergency Medicine and Interventional Pain Medicine. He completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in interventional pain management at the University of Illinois in Chicago and trained in fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided injections, neuromodulation and minimally invasive spinal interventions. His years in Level 1 trauma centers shape how he approaches pain that follows a fall, a crash or a work injury. Dr. Hashemi sees patients in Addison and Richardson. Read his full profile.
Timur Yasin, MD is board certified in interventional pain management and physical medicine and rehabilitation, with close to two decades of practice. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, completed a fellowship in interventional pain management in New Jersey, and most recently led interventional pain management at Stony Brook Community Medicine. He works extensively with ultrasound guided injections and EMG and NCV studies. Dr. Yasin sees patients in Addison and Flower Mound. Read his full profile.
Back and neck pain is one of the most common reasons patients come to a pain clinic, whether it traces to a herniated or degenerating disc, spinal stenosis, facet arthritis or a muscle injury that never fully resolved. We also treat sciatica and other radiating nerve pain, joint pain in the knees, hips and shoulders, peripheral neuropathy and other nerve damage, headaches and migraine, pelvic pain, cancer related pain, and pain that persists after surgery. Our condition library explains each of these in more detail.
If your pain does not fit neatly into one of those categories, that is not unusual and it is not a reason to wait. Part of the first visit is diagnostic.
Clearway physicians draw on the full range of interventional pain treatments. Which one is right for you depends entirely on your diagnosis, and in many cases on how you respond to a diagnostic injection first. Availability varies by clinic, and your care team will confirm where a given procedure is performed when you schedule.
Injections used to reduce inflammation or to confirm the source of pain include epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, sacroiliac joint injections, trigger point injections and selective nerve blocks. When an injection identifies the nerve responsible but relief is short lived, radiofrequency ablation and endoscopic rhizotomy can interrupt that signal for a longer period.
For nerve pain that has not responded to other care, spinal cord stimulators and peripheral nerve stimulation deliver mild electrical signals that change how pain messages reach the brain. Both are trialed before anything is implanted permanently.
Spinal compression fractures and structural back pain have their own set of procedures, including OsteoCool, the mild procedure, Minuteman, Vertiflex and Intracept. Regenerative options such as platelet rich plasma therapy and prolotherapy are appropriate for some joint and soft tissue conditions. Medication management, physical therapy and EMG and NCS testing round out the plan for many patients.
We respond to new appointment requests within 24 hours. Verifying your benefits and getting you on the schedule usually takes about five days from that first contact, and first appointments are typically available 7 to 12 days out. If your pain is severe or escalating, tell us when you call and we will note it.
Before your visit you will get an email or text from Phreesia, our check in partner, with your new patient paperwork. New patients should arrive 45 minutes before the appointment time. Bring an unexpired government issued photo ID, your insurance cards, a referral from your primary care provider if your plan requires one, records from any previous pain physician, and any recent imaging or reports you have.
We have three clinics in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Addison is at 17051 N Dallas Pkwy, Suite 320. Flower Mound is at 2560 Central Park Ave, Suite 340. Richardson is at 3101 E. President George Bush Hwy, Suite 150. All three schedule through 972-521-7246.

Not always. Many patients come to us on a referral from a primary care physician, an orthopedist or a surgeon, but some plans allow you to schedule directly. Check with your insurer, and bring the referral with you if your plan requires one.
Interventional pain physicians complete a residency in a field such as anesthesiology, emergency medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation or neurology, then a further fellowship focused specifically on diagnosing and treating pain. Both of our Texas physicians are fellowship trained in interventional pain management, which is why the first visit centers on locating the source of the pain rather than on prescribing.
Not as a matter of course. Medication is one part of a pain management plan and it is rarely the whole plan. Many Texas patients are treated with injections, nerve procedures, physical therapy or a combination of those, with medication playing a supporting role or none at all. Your physician will talk through the options, the risks and the alternatives before anything is prescribed.
Yes. Our physicians treat pain following a motor vehicle accident or a workplace injury, and Dr. Hashemi’s emergency medicine background is directly relevant to trauma related pain. We have separate pages on motor vehicle injury care and workers’ compensation injury care.
An unexpired government issued photo ID, your insurance cards including secondary and prescription cards if you have them, a referral from your primary care provider if applicable, medical records from any previous treating or pain management physician, and any recent radiology films or reports. Arrive 45 minutes early as a new patient.
Yes. Every clinic page has a Schedule an Appointment link that takes you into our scheduling system, or you can call 972-521-7246 during business hours.
Pain that has gone unexplained for months is worth a diagnostic visit, even if you have already seen other physicians. Our Texas team will examine you, review the imaging and records you bring, and tell you what they think is causing the pain and what can be done about it.
