Provider Support

Prior to seeing any patients, each of our providers spends several weeks in training with experienced Clearway providers. We believe this helps our new providers acclimate to the Clearway environment and provides a solid foundation before a new provider begins seeing patients. We start our providers with lighter schedules to help give time to get used to the overall patient flow and process before ramping up to normal schedules. This ramp-up period typically takes several weeks.

We also place a high priority on mentorship by partnering newer providers with more seasoned providers.

Provider Culture

Clearway has established a provider-centric model. We are physician-led, which means our leadership understands the needs of our providers and how to maximize efficiency. This also means our leadership is able to come along-side of our providers through guidance and mentorship and provide true partnership.

An aspect of our culture throughout all of Clearway is to operate in compliance. We expect all providers to set a solid example for the rest of the organization in how we should operate.
