Dr. Enrique Aradillas, MD, is an experienced and compassionate physician specializing in pain management, now serving patients across Clearway Pain Solutions’ Maryland and Delaware locations. With an extensive medical background that spans neurology, interventional pain management, and clinical research, Dr. Aradillas is dedicated to helping patients alleviate pain and improve their quality of life through a multidisciplinary approach to care.

Dr. Aradillas earned his medical degree from La Salle University School of Medicine in Mexico City, Mexico, where he graduated with honors. He completed his residency in Neurology at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, followed by an interventional pain management fellowship at Penn State University’s Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Throughout his career, Dr. Aradillas has held leadership positions in both clinical and academic settings. He served as Chief of the Pain Division at Drexel University College of Medicine, where he developed specialized programs for pain management and interventional procedures. Additionally, he was the Chief of the Neuropathic Pain Clinic and Interventional Pain Management at the Vincera Institute in Philadelphia, where he led research efforts and developed advanced treatment protocols for complex pain conditions.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Aradillas has contributed significantly to pain management research. His research on complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), neuropathic pain, and innovative treatment options, such as plasma exchange therapy and intravenous ketamine infusion, has been published in several medical journals. His studies focus on improving treatment outcomes for chronic pain patients and advancing our understanding of pain mechanisms.

Dr. Aradillas is a strong advocate for patient-centered care and approaches each case with a holistic view, combining physical therapy, medication management, and interventional procedures to create customized treatment plans. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a broad range of patients effectively.
